CodeGradX est une infrastructure de notation automatisée de programmes informatiques. CodeGradX propose des exercices, accepte des programmes répondant à ces exercices et produit en retour des rapports de notation.
CodeGradX sert de support à des MOOC, à des cours de programmation dans divers langages, à des examens destinés à des centaines d’étudiants ainsi qu’à des concours amicaux de programmation comme les Journées Franciliennes de Programmation.
CodeGradX s’appuie sur des expériences de notation automatisée en masse débutées vers 2002 et toujours poursuivies aujourd’hui. Initialement nommée FW4EX (pour Framework for Exercises), elle est désormais connu sous le nom CodeGradX, largement plus prononçable. En fonctionnement continu depuis 2008, cette infrastructure a déjà traité plus de 140 000 programmes d’apprenants dans des langages aussi variés que Bash, Make, Scheme, C, Ada, Perl, Python, OCaml, PHP, Octave, Javascript, etc.
